Job Description

Vendor Management:

- Identify reliable suppliers locally and internationally for various categories of chemicals and raw materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve favorable pricing and delivery terms.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure quality and reliability of supplies.

Procurement Operations:

- Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs, specifications, and timelines.
- Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process.

Cost Management:

- Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Implement cost-effective purchasing strategies to optimize spending and improve profitability.

Inventory Management:





- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, vendor performance, and other relevant metrics for management review.

International Procurement:

- Manage international sourcing and procurement activities, including customs regulations, logistics, and import/export documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
