Job Title: Creative Lead

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Experience: 7–10 Years

Salary-12 LPA

Reporting To: Founder & CCO

Team Management: 5-member Design Team

We are seeking a Creative Lead to drive creative excellence across branding, UI/UX, packaging, print, and event graphics. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary design team, managing project workflows, and ensuring high-quality creative output across client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead concept development, pitch decks, mood boards, and key visuals.
- Plan team workloads and manage project timelines.
- Mentor designers through reviews, feedback, and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with clients, account teams, and stakeholders to translate briefs into impactful designs.
- Ensure quality control across digital, print,



packaging, and event collateral.
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, printers, and production partners.
- Maintain project tracking and resource allocation using ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar tools.

Requirements:

- 7–10 years of design experience with 2+ years managing creative teams.
- Robust portfolio across UI/UX, branding, packaging, and large-format graphics.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Preferred: Experience with After Effects, 3D/AR mock-ups, and agency/start-up environments.
