Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Animation & VFX Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, industry experience, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering practical and theory-based sessions while preparing students for successful careers in the animation and visual effects industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Animation and VFX concepts through classroom and practical sessions.
- Train students in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Autodesk Maya, Blender, and other relevant tools.
- Guide students in 2D and 3D animation, modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, compositing, and motion graphics.
- Mentor students in portfolio development, showreels, and live projects.
- Conduct workshops, assignments, practical exercises, and project reviews.




- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest animation techniques, VFX trends, AI tools, and industry practices.
- Participate in curriculum planning, academic activities, student events, and institute initiatives.
- Foster a creative, collaborative, and engaging learning environment.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Animation, VFX, or Multimedia.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Autodesk Maya, Blender, and other animation/VFX software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual effects, motion graphics, video editing, and compositing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing qualified or academic work is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of 3D Modeling, Character Animation, Rigging, Texturing, Lighting, and Rendering.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to inspire creativity and mentor students effectively.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month (Based on interview performance, qualifications, and experience.)
