Purpose of the Role:
To ensure the continuous availability, reliability, and safe operation of all production machinery and utility equipment by executing effective maintenance strategies and supporting operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Minimize equipment downtime and improve OEE.
- Maintain electrical and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with production to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure statutory and safety compliance.
- Maintain maintenance documentation and machine history.
- Drive TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 3–8 years in steel or roofing sheet manufacturing industries.
