Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Teamcenter workstreams, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Coordinate across business, engineering, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, sprint execution, and status reporting.

Facilitate requirements gathering, business process reviews, solution design discussions, and deployment readiness activities.

Oversee UAT planning, defect management, and production cutover activities.

Support change management, user adoption, training, and business readiness efforts.

Ensure alignment with Project Engineering Modernization objectives and governance standards.

Required Experience 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise application delivery.

Proven experience managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations, enhancements, or support programs.

Experience with Teamcenter implementation/configuration solutions.

Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), engineering workflows, document management, BOM management, and change control processes.





Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Experience Experience with engineering digital transformation or modernization programs.

Knowledge of integrations involving SAP, CAD systems, Polarion, or related engineering platforms.

PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.

Expected Deliverables Project plans and governance reporting.

RAID management and mitigation plans.

Release and deployment management.

Business and IT stakeholder coordination.

Implementation and adoption tracking.

Executive status reporting and steering committee support.

Successful delivery of Teamcenter initiatives within agreed scope, schedule, and quality targets.
