- खाना बनाने और किचन की साफ-सफाई के उच्च मानकों को बनाए रखना।
- इन्वेंट्री का प्रबंधन करना और आवश्यक सामग्री की जानकारी प्रबंधन टीम को देना।
- किचन उपकरणों और बर्तनों का सही तरीके से रखरखाव करना।
- टीम के साथ मिलकर इवेंट्स और बिजी समय में रसोई का संचालन करना।
- खाद्य सुरक्षा और स्वच्छता के सभी मानकों का पालन करना।

योग्यता:





- इंडो-चाइनीज,इंडियन और कॉन्टिनेंटल व्यंजन बनाने का अनुभव।
- स्वाद, तैयारी और प्रस्तुति की अच्छी समझ।
- टीम भावना के साथ पेशेवर रवैया।

Cook - Job Description (English)Position: Cook

Location: Splashit Kitchen

Experience Required: 1+ years in Indo-Chinese and Continental cuisine

Role:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indo-Chinese, Indian, fast food and Continental dishes.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Plan and manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with management for stock requirements.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly.
- Work with team to ensure smooth operations, especially during events and peak hours.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

- Good understanding of food preparation, seasoning, and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Qualified attitude and team player.
