Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Counselor who can guide patients, understand their concerns, and convert consultations into successful treatment plans. - Key Responsibilities:Attend and counsel walk-in and referred patients for hair & skin treatments
- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatment packages
- Convert consultations into sales while maintaining ethical practices
- Explain treatment procedures, pricing, and expected results clearly
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle patient queries and objections confidently
- Maintain proper records of consultations, conversions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient experience
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Required Skills:Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Robust sales and negotiation ability
- Good understanding of customer psychology
