Position: Team Lead – Loan Department

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the loan sales team.

- Monitor daily team performance and target achievement.

- Guide team members in customer acquisition and loan processing.

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and loan closures.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.

- Maintain discipline and productivity within the team.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Loan, Banking, Finance, or Sales.

- Prior team handling experience preferred.

- Solid leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance.

- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
