- Design solar PV systems including rooftop and ground-mounted installations
- Perform site assessments and analyze solar resource data
- Prepare system layouts using tools like AutoCAD, Sketchup. or PVsyst
- Calculate system sizing, energy yield, and performance ratios
- Develop single-line diagrams (SLD) and electrical designs
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, installation teams, and clients
- Optimize system performance and cost-efficiency
- Prepare technical documentation, BOQs, and proposals
- Support project execution and resolve technical issues
