Process: International Chat Process

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or above
- Graduates and undergraduates, both freshers and experienced candidates, can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
- Good typing and customer handling skills preferred

Salary & Perks

- CTC: 22,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: 19,000 per month

Shift Details

- Night Shift Process
- Shift Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
- Any 9-hour shift within the operational window

Training

- Training will be conducted during daytime hours only

Cab Facility

- Available during odd hours only (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
- Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided
- Weekly Offs:2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat support
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Follow company guidelines and process requirements
- Ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved
