> Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
> Handling the receivables billing system with clients and maintain relations with them
> Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and ensure timely statutory compliance
> Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
> Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
> Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
> Reconcile payout data with banking/NBFC partners and ensure accurate billing
> Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
> Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards,
and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Robust competency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Statement Analysis
- Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Audits, and Regulatory Requirements
- Advanced skills in Accounting Software, Spreadsheets, and Financial Tools
- Excellent Analytical and Attention-to-Detail skills for maintaining accurate financial records
- Effective Communication and Problem-Solving skills to provide financial recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
