looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers while driving cross-selling of banking products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales aptitude, customer relationship skills, and experience in the BFSI/NBFC sector.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire recent Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.
- Source and activate New-to-Bank (NTB) customers.
- Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
- Cross-sell Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold Loans, Trade/Forex, and other banking products.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Ensure complete KYC documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Follow all bank policies and operational guidelines.
- Ensure timely reporting and MIS submission.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Candidate Profile1-5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Insurance Sales.
- Experience in CASA Sales,



Liability Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or Financial Product Sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and achieving sales targets.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of KYC norms and banking products.
