- Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely dispatch of materials.
- Schedule vehicles and coordinate with transporters for on-time deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers.
- Resolve dispatch, delivery, and logistics-related issues.
- Maintain sales, dispatch, and customer records in the ERP system.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and dispatch reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, accounts,



and customers.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Logistics, or Dispatch, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
