Soft Skill / Vocational Trainer

Overview: Skillbee sends hundreds of Heavy Truck Drivers to Europe every year to work in the international trucking sector. This role involves delivering Code 95 theory to prepare drivers with essential European traffic rules before departure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging Code 95 theory training using company-provided training materials.
- Monitor candidate attendance and learning progress, following up on absences when required.




- Conduct quizzes and assessments to evaluate understanding of European driving regulations.
- Guide candidates throughout the training process and address learning-related queries.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, and course completion feedback.

Requirements:

- ⁠Strong communication skills in English, Hindi
- Must be a self starter and independent operator
- Robust project management skills
- Teaching/ Training experience mandatory – atleast 1 year

Job Details:

- Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Work from Office)
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays Off)
