- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally
- Guide and support patients throughout their treatment journey
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up details
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth patient assistance
- Listen actively and respond empathetically to patient concerns
- Provide appointment, treatment, and process-related information
- Ensure positive and respectful communication with every patient
- Escalate urgent or serious patient concerns to management when required

Required Skills✔ Excellent Communication Skills (Marathi, Hindi & Basic English)
