1. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all delivery-related documentation, registration, insurance, accessories, and PDI are completed before vehicle handover.
2. Plan and manage daily vehicle deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate handover as per customer commitments.
3. Conduct vehicle delivery ceremonies by explaining vehicle features, warranty, service schedules, and maintenance guidelines to customers.
4. Ensure all delivery documents, customer acknowledgements, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and maintained.
5. Monitor customer satisfaction during the delivery process, resolve delivery-related concerns promptly, and support continuous process improvement.
