- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their assigned locations to collect overdue payments in a professional and respectful manner.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding pending dues and available payment options.
- Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, customer interactions, and daily field visits.
- Submit daily reports and update collection status through the company's reporting system.
- Ensure all collections are deposited as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team for case updates and issue resolution.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality during all customer interactions.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification:
10th Pass / PUC / Any Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications is preferred.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be given preference.
