Key ResponsibilitiesSite Safety Management: Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards on roads, excavations, heavy equipment zones, and traffic diversion areas

Compliance: Ensure all work follows OSHA, IRC, NHAI, and local state safety codes + company HSE policiesRisk Assessment: Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments before starting recent activities like blasting, asphalt laying, piling, or working near live traffic

Training: Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency drill training for workers, subcontractors, and engineers

Incident Management: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts. Prepare incident reports and corrective action plans

PPE & Equipment: Monitor use of PPE, barricades, signage, traffic management plans, and ensure machinery has valid certifications

Documentation: Maintain safety records, permits to work, MSDS, inspection checklists, and monthly HSE reports

Coordination: Work with project managers, site engineers, and clients to integrate safety into planning and execution
