Job Role Summary – Customer Care (Luxury Furniture)

Role Summary:

Telesales Executive will work with a reputed 32-year-old Luxury Furniture company Sri Anu furniture Pvt Ltd, (Website: www.anufurniture.com) with business operations by 17 showrooms in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels using CRM software, with the primary objective is doing business and maximizing sales.

The candidate will manage customer queries received through business portals, social media, Google Ad and ATL/BTL marketing promotions via chat or calls, and will be responsible for convincing customers to visit the store. The role requires close coordination with store staff to ensure successful billing and sales closure (preferably someone who can handle more than 100 calls per day).

The executive will also handle B2B customer inquiries, coordinate with the B2B team on project progress, and support direct walk-in customers to ensure satisfaction and billing completion. Follow-up calls will be made to unbilled customers,



along with customer feedback calls. (For billed customer happy calling, and unbilled customer, Feedback Call to understand the customer requirements and market updates)

The role includes monitoring service - standards in showrooms, and escalating issues to management when required, and handling customer complaints received at the Head Office by coordinating with concerned teams to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, the candidate will maintain MIS reports, including store-wise walk-in data (billed and unbilled) and other management information related to store Google reviews, sales and promotional activities eg. SMS campaigns.

Qualification & Skills:

- Qualification: Any Graduation
- Languages: Excellent Proficiency in drafting and speaking in English, and speaking is enough in Hindi and Telugu
- Skills: MS office, Robust communication, sales orientation, CRM handling, customer coordination, and business conversion.
