Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated Store Manager to independently manage the daily operations of our retail store. The candidate will handle Delhivery courier bookings, toy sales, Xerox/printing services, customer support, billing, inventory management, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the store independently daily.

- Handle Delhivery courier bookings, parcel acceptance, dispatch, and customer inquiries.

- Assist customers with toy sales and product recommendations.

- Operate Xerox, printing, scanning, and photocopying services.

- Manage billing, cash handling, and digital payments.

- Maintain stock of toys, stationery, and shop supplies.

- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-friendly.





- Maintain daily sales and transaction records.

- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and responsibly.

- Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.

- Previous experience in retail, courier services, or photocopy/printing operations is preferred.

Working Hours

- Full-time

- One weekly day off (as decided by management)

Salary

- Salary: As per experience and performance.
