Job Opening: Social Media Marketing Executive (SMM)

Location: Sachin, Surat (Office Based)

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹33,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About Us

Company is engaged in textile manufacturing, import-export, and business development. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence and generate quality business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
- Design and create all social media creatives, banners, reels, videos, carousels, and promotional content.
- Manage and post content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Run, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and assist with LinkedIn/Google Ads.
- Track campaign performance and present weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, leads, ad spend, ROI, and recommendations. Create funnel system to attract leads.
- Coordinate with management to discuss marketing strategy, campaign performance, and future plans.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools,



and social media best practices.

Skills Required

- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media & Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for creating creatives.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Valuable copywriting and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand marketing metrics and ROI.
