We are Hiring Real Estate Sales Executive in Gurugram sec 47 ( work from office)

Role & responsibilities:-

(a) Generating client leads to buy and sell a property.

(b) Creating list of real estate sale properties with Information. Location, Amenities etc.

(c) Select and show homes and properties that meet client needs.

(d) Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.

(e) Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies researching sales prospects and generating leads.

(f) Appraise property values

(g) Contacting potential and existing customers on the phones, by email, and in-person.

(h) Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.

(i) Stay updated with the market trends, property values, and industry best practices.

(j) Build and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
