- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain FleetFly's products and services professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer details and call records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for customer onboarding.
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
