- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customer leads through field sales activities.
- Promote and sell the company's financial products/services.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with branch teams for customer onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Preferred SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
