Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Sales & Client Onboarding Executive who can connect with business owners, explain our e-commerce services, and convert leads into clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for Amazon and Flipkart seller onboarding services.
- Explain our e-commerce services, pricing, and onboarding process.
- Convert inquiries into paying clients by handling objections effectively.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts is preferred.




- Confidence in handling outbound and inbound sales calls.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, or e-commerce.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
