Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Female)

- Job ResponsibilitiesCall customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Verify customer details, including address and contact number.
- Resolve customer queries regarding products, delivery, and exchanges.
- Update order status in the system.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Reduce cancellations and RTO (Return to Origin) orders through proper verification.
- RequirementsFemale candidate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge is a plus).
- Polite and professional speaking skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience is preferred.
