Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive**

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, execute digital marketing campaigns, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

* Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).

* Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

* Develop monthly content calendars.

* Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.

* Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

Digital Marketing

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

* Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

* Manage SEO (On-Page & Off-Page) to improve website rankings.

* Execute email marketing campaigns.

* Generate quality leads through digital channels.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Content & Design

* Write compelling captions, blogs, and website content.

* Coordinate with designers for graphics, banners, and videos.

* Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.

* Coordinate with video editors for promotional videos and reels.

Analytics & Reporting





* Track website traffic using Google Analytics.

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

* Analyze campaign metrics such as reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.

* Suggest improvements based on campaign performance.

Required Skills

* Solid knowledge of Social Media Marketing.

* Google Ads and Meta Ads management.

* SEO (On-Page & Off-Page).

* Google Analytics and Search Console.

* Content writing and copywriting.

* Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (basic knowledge preferred).

* WordPress (preferred).

* Excellent communication and creativity.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.

* Digital Marketing Certification is preferred.

Experience

* 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

* Freshers with strong digital marketing certifications and practical project experience may also apply.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in lead generation campaigns.

* Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.

* Experience with marketing automation tools.

* Basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
