We are looking for a passionate, organized, and dedicated Preschool Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our preschool, ensure high-quality early childhood education, and support teachers in delivering an engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a genuine passion for working with young children.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support preschool teachers and classroom staff.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the preschool.
- Monitor lesson planning and classroom activities in line with the curriculum.
- Guide teachers in implementing age-appropriate teaching methods and classroom management.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a secure, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Coordinate admissions, student records, and parent communication.
- Organize school events, celebrations, field trips, and parent meetings.
- Handle parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.




- Ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards.
- Plan and conduct teacher training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with management to achieve academic and operational goals.
- EligibilityBachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Ed., Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), or other teacher training certifications are preferred).
- Freshers with excellent leadership and communication skills may apply.
- Experienced candidates in preschool coordination or teaching will be given preference.
