ob Title: Marketing Executive – ENT Hospital

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital's ENT services, increasing patient footfall, building robust referral networks with doctors and clinics, organizing outreach programs, and enhancing the hospital's brand presence through both offline and digital marketing activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote ENT treatments, surgeries, hearing care, and hospital services.
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers to develop referral relationships.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach events.
- Build partnerships with corporate companies, schools, colleges, and organizations.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media and promotional campaigns.
- Generate patient leads and improve OPD/IPD registrations.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.




- Ensure excellent patient relationship management and brand visibility.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
