Telecaller – Interior Products & Hardware (Trichy)

Location: 32 A/6, Ramamurthy Nagar, Karur Bypass Road, Trichy
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
Experience: 1 year in Telecalling preferred
Job Type: Full-Time | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 Days/Week (Sunday Off)

Job Description:
- Handle incoming customer/dealer calls and enquiries on interior & hardware products
- Call existing customers to generate repeat orders and follow up on enquiries
- Follow up daily on quotations, orders, and payment collections
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
- Update call details and daily reports accurately in Excel/CRM
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and persuasive skills
- Pleasant, patient telephone manner
- Tamil mandatory; English/Hindi added advantage
- 12th/Diploma preferred
