Job Description : We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele calling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, fixing appointments, and building strong customer relationships through outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain our digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with interested customers and existing leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records, customer details, and lead information in the system.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Voice Process.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and basic English.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
