We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, taking customer orders, and ensuring a clean, welcoming cafe/beverage station.Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty beverages, adhering to restaurant recipes and presentation standards.Customer Service: Warmly greet guests, take accurate beverage orders, answer menu questions, and provide a positive customer experience.Order & Cash Handling: Efficiently operate the POS/billing system, handle cash and digital payments, and coordinate drink orders with the serving staff.Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the beverage counter, espresso machine, grinders, and utensils clean, sanitized, and well-maintained throughout the shift.Inventory Management: Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other beverage supplies as needed.
