- ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles.
- Conduct campus hiring drives at colleges, ITIs, and diploma institutes.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Apna, and Indeed.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Organize walk-in drives and bulk hiring activities.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database.
- Requirements 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in campus hiring and manufacturing hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Kannada Must
