The candidate should have knowledge of blood bank procedures, quality standards, NABH/NACO guidelines, and blood transfusion practices.
- Key ResponsibilitiesBlood grouping, cross-matching, and compatibility testing
- Blood component separation and processing
- Blood collection, screening, storage, and issue
- Maintain blood bank inventory and documentation
- Ensure compliance with NABH/NACO guidelines and quality standards
- Operate and maintain blood bank equipment
- Handle donor records and transfusion-related documentation
