We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to acquire pharmacy and medical-store customers across Karimnagar district.

You will visit pharmacy owners, understand their current billing and operational processes, demonstrate Tapza’s pharmacy software, follow up with interested customers, close subscriptions and coordinate customer onboarding.

This is a 100% field-sales position.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Visit pharmacies, medical stores and other assigned healthcare businesses across Karimnagar district.
- Identify prospective customers through field visits, referrals and local market mapping.
- Understand the pharmacy owner’s existing billing, inventory and operational processes.
- Demonstrate Tapza’s pharmacy software using a mobile phone or laptop.
- Clearly explain the product’s features, perks, pricing and onboarding process.
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups until the customer makes a decision.
- Convert qualified prospects into paid Tapza customers.
- Coordinate with the product and support teams for onboarding, training and implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, demonstrations and follow-ups in the company CRM.
- Collect market feedback,



competitor information and customer requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with pharmacy owners and local medical-business networks.
- Meet assigned monthly sales, demonstration and paid-customer onboarding targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in Field Sales.
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical, Pharma, or HealthTech sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

- Age below 30 years.
- Unmarried.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience.
- Field sales experience preferred.
- Medical/Healthcare domain sales experience is an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler for field visits.
