We are hiring Field Hardware Engineers for Delhi NCR. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
1. Install and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
2. Visit customer locations across Delhi NCR for installation, maintenance, and support.
3. Install Windows OS, drivers, and basic software applications.
4. Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
5. Perform basic LAN/Wi-Fi setup and network troubleshooting.
6. Provide in office technical support and ensure timely issue resolution.
7. Submit daily service reports and update work status.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Desktop and laptop troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for field service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
