- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and weekly strategy reviews.
- Assign tasks based on team strengths and project priorities.
- Train junior team members and improve their technical and strategic skills.
- Conduct campaign quality checks before client delivery.

Client Management

- Handle multiple domestic and international client accounts.
- Understand client business goals and convert them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Conduct monthly strategy meetings with clients.
- Resolve escalations and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Improve client retention through proactive communication and measurable results.

Digital Marketing Strategy

- Build complete digital marketing strategies using:
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Local SEO
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- AI-driven workflows

- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.

Operations & Process Improvement





- Develop SOPs for campaign execution and reporting.
- Standardize campaign naming conventions and QA processes.
- Build reporting dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with consistent quality.

Business Growth

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Contribute to agency growth through creative marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with AI tools and emerging digital marketing trends.
