About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Customer Relationship Coordinator to support our Industrial Sales team. This role focuses on customer communication, follow-ups and coordination to ensure timely execution of enquiries and orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through phone calls and emails.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs and internal departments for material status and delivery updates.
- Track pending orders, dispatches and payment status.
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Maintain CRM/customer records and prepare follow-up reports.
- Support the Sales Team by ensuring timely communication and coordination.

Requirements

- BBA or MBA (Marketing, Sales or Operations).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn.
