### Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls for Business Loan and Personal Loan

- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and database

- Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility & document process to customers

- Do tele-verification, document collection via email/WhatsApp

- Coordinate with Bank/NBFC team for file processing & disbursement

- Achieve monthly targets for both loan products

- Maintain CRM and update daily reports

### Required Skills:





- Good communication skills in Hindi & English - must

- Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Loan sales preferred

- Target-oriented and valuable convincing skills on call

- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM

- No field work / No bike required - Only office based
