Job Title: Placement Executive / Placement Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Placement Executive to manage candidate placements and coordinate with companies for job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact companies and generate job opportunities for students
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per company requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and companies
- Follow up with candidates and employers for interview status
- Maintain data of candidates, interviews, and placements
- Ensure smooth placement process from interview to joining

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Basic knowledge of calling and coordination
- Fresher / 1–2 years experience can apply
- Confident, active, and ready to learn

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 fixed salary
- Incentive per successful placement
- 5 days paid training will be provided
