Inspire Global Ventures (IGV) is a fast-growing digital commerce company building performance-driven brands for a global audience. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic intern who is eager to build a career in Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Customer Retention.

About the Role

This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in retention marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team to learn and assist in executing email and WhatsApp campaigns, customer segmentation, campaign reporting, and marketing automation.

No prior experience is required—only a strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Outcomes

1. Campaign Execution Support

- Assist in building and scheduling email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are executed accurately under guidance.

2. Customer Segmentation

- Learn to create and manage customer segments.
- Maintain subscriber and contact list hygiene.

3. Campaign Monitoring

- Monitor campaign performance and maintain campaign trackers.
- Report any execution issues to the reporting manager.

4. Continuous Learning

- Gain practical knowledge of Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Apply feedback and continuously improve execution quality.

Daily Responsibilities

- Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns.
- Support WhatsApp campaign execution.




- Perform basic quality checks before campaigns are sent.
- Update campaign trackers and reports.
- Coordinate with the design team for campaign creatives.
- Organize marketing assets and campaign documentation.
- Learn platform workflows and best practices.

Weekly Responsibilities

- Support campaign reporting.
- Update subscriber lists and customer segments.
- Review campaign performance with the team.
- Learn recent tools and marketing automation processes.
- Complete assigned learning tasks and projects.

Skills & Competencies Required

- Strong willingness to learn.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva and Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ownership mindset.

Experience & Qualifications

- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience.
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
