Responsibilities:

Source Home Loan & LAP business through field sales.

Generate leads via referrals and market visits.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate documentation and loan processing.

2. Relationship Manager (RM)

Education: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Loan/LAP/BFSI Sales

Responsibilities:

Acquire Home Loan & LAP customers.

Build relationships with builders, brokers, and customers.

Achieve branch sales targets.





Ensure smooth loan processing and customer service.

3. DSA Manager

Education: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year in DSA/Channel Sales (Home Loan/LAP preferred)

Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage DSA/channel partners.

Generate Home Loan & LAP business through DSAs.

Drive partner productivity and target achievement.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely disbursement.

Preferred Skills (All Roles):

Positive communication and sales skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Local market knowledge preferred.
