Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented and motivated Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing Special Purpose Machines (SPM), jigs, fixtures, gauges, and mechanical components using CAD software. The role requires close coordination with the production, electrical, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign SPMs, jigs, fixtures, and machine components.
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Develop assembly drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and detailed part drawings.
- Modify existing designs based on customer requirements and engineering changes.
- Coordinate with the production team during fabrication and assembly.
- Support machine trials, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure drawings comply with engineering standards and GD&T; practices.




- Maintain proper design documentation and revision history.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and design improvements.
- Required SkillsProficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of machine design, manufacturing processes, and fabrication.
- Understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawing standards.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
- QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience1–5 years of experience in SPM, Fixture Design, Machine Design, or Automation.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in SPM machine design.
- Knowledge of conveyors, fixtures, gauges, and industrial automation projects.
- Familiarity with sheet metal, machining, and fabrication processes.
