Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IndiaFilings services.
- Generate sales by converting qualified leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and ensure high lead conversion.
- Achieve individual sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, or Inside Sales is preferred.
