Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company services and generate leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, Banking, Loan Sales, Insurance or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
