About La Mont Perfume : La Mont Perfume is a growing perfume and fragrance brand focused on expanding its presence across Gujarat and India through retail stores, distributors, and B2B sales channels.

Job Responsibilities : Welcome and assist customers. Recommend and demonstrate perfumes. Achieve sales targets. Handle billing and payments. Maintain stock and displays. Keep the store clean and organized. Promote offers and current products. Prepare daily sales reports. Follow store opening & closing procedures. Prevent stock loss and product damage.

Eligibility : Fresher & Experienced Candidates Can Apply Preferred

Experience: Experience in Perfume, Cosmetics, FMCG, Beauty Products,



Personal Care, or Retail Sales will be preferred

Required Skills : Good communication skills, Customer handling, Sales skills, Billing/POS knowledge Basic computer knowledge, Inventory management, Upselling & Cross-selling Professional grooming, Problem-solving, Teamwork, Time managemen

t Languages Required Gujarati, Hindi, Basic Englis
