Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA (As per experience & interview performance)

Experience: 2–4 Years (Home Loan/Banking/NBFC/Financial Sales Preferred)

Education: Graduate in Any Discipline (B.Com/Finance preferred)

About the Role

NEXT MOVE INDIA is hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Home Loan Executives for NoBroker, one of India's leading PropTech companies. The role involves managing internal home loan leads, assisting customers throughout the loan application journey, and achieving sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Convert internal Home Loan leads into successful loan applications.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan products.

Guide customers through the complete Home Loan application process.

Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and product benefits.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Underwriting teams for faster loan processing.

Collect and verify customer documents accurately.





Maintain regular customer follow-ups and provide application status updates.

Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.

Required Skills

Experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of CRM tools and loan processing systems.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2–4 years of relevant sales experience.

Graduate in any discipline (Finance/B.Com preferred).

Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Passion for sales and customer success.
