Job Opening: Site Supervisor / Site Helper (Interior Project)

Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Timings may be extended based on site requirements. Overtime will be paid accordingly.)

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and sincere Site Supervisor / Site Helper to manage the day-to-day activities at our interior project site.

Key Responsibilities

* Open the flat/site every morning and ensure it is properly locked and secured at the end of the day.

* Supervise all ongoing interior furnishing and finishing work.

* Monitor the daily attendance of all labour, including carpenters, electricians, painters, polish workers, and other site staff.

* Maintain a daily attendance register for all workers.

* Keep proper records of all incoming materials and verify deliveries.

* Inform the project team about material requirements, shortages, or delays.

* Ensure work is executed as per instructions and report daily progress, issues, and updates.

* Coordinate effectively between labour, vendors, and the project manager/designer.

* Share regular site updates, including photos and videos via WhatsApp.

* Ensure site cleanliness, safety,



and proper storage of materials.

* Take responsibility for the security and proper handling of all materials and site assets.

* Visit nearby vendors, suppliers, or project-related locations whenever required for day-to-day site work.

Candidate Requirements

* Honest, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

* Basic reading and writing skills (Hindi; basic English is an advantage).

* Comfortable maintaining registers and using WhatsApp for reporting.

* Prior experience in construction, interior projects, or site supervision will be preferred.

* Ability to manage labour and handle day-to-day site coordination independently.

* Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for local site-related travel. Petrol/conveyance expenses incurred for official work will be reimbursed by the company.
