Job Title: Counter Sales Executive for Kids Clothing Showroom
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the sales counter.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
- Process sales transactions and issue bills.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter.
- Replenish stock and ensure product displays are attractive.
- Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability.
- Meet daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
