Key Responsibilities:

=Manage day-to-day plant operations.

=Achieve daily production targets.

=Supervise supervisors and workers.

=Ensure smooth machine operations and maintenance.

=Manage raw materials, inventory, and dispatch.

=Maintain product quality and safety standards.

=Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

=Coordinate with all departments.

=Improve productivity and reduce operational costs

(=प्लांट के दैनिक कार्यों की निगरानी एवं संचालन करना।

=उत्पादन लक्ष्य समय पर पूरा करवाना।

=कर्मचारियों एवं सुपरवाइजर की टीम को मैनेज करना।

=मशीनों के सुचारु संचालन एवं रखरखाव पर निगरानी रखना।





=कच्चे माल, स्टॉक एवं तैयार माल का प्रबंधन करना।

=उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता एवं सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

=दैनिक, साप्ताहिक एवं मासिक रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।

=विभागों के बीच समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करवाना।

=खर्च कम करने एवं उत्पादन क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए सुधार लागू करना।)
